In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "rod4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to rod4d, the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rod4d.app.
• "Platform" means the rod4d website, mobile web application, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features made available at rod4d.app.
• "Account" means a personal, registered member account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or betting market available on the Platform.
• "Wallet Balance" means the current IDR credit balance held in a Player's Account, representing funds available to wager or withdraw.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a rod4d promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by rod4d in accordance with applicable anti-money laun dering and platform security requirements.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which rod4d Wallet Balances are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to, or use of, the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable local law.

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rod4d. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their effective date.

rod4d reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rod4d will provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification or email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on rod4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
4. You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in connection with any Wager or Account activity.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by rod4d for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of rod4d or any of its affiliated software providers, game studios, or payment processing partners.
7. You are not diagnosed with, or currently seeking treatment for, a gambling disorder, or if you are, you have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform.

rod4d may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where rod4d identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same Player, all Accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. rod4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rod4d immediately at [email protected]. rod4d may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

rod4d is required to verify the identity of Players in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time rod4d deems appropriate.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, such as a bank statement header or a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay account details page.
• Source of Funds: In cases where rod4d has concerns about the origin of deposited funds, documentation demonstrating a legitimate source of income may be required.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. rod4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal proceeds pending the outcome of any KYC or fraud review. Incomplete, falsified, or suspected fraudulent KYC submissions will result in immediate Account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.

All Wallet Balances on rod4d are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rod4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred at their bank or e-wallet provider.

rod4d supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. rod4d will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. Processing times indicated above apply during standard Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours; transactions initiated outside these hours may experience additional processing time.

rod4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rod4d bears no responsibility. rod4d reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

rod4d may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all rod4d promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• rod4d may verify that a deposit has been made in good faith using a qualifying payment method before releasing Bonus Funds.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• rod4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Players who consistently place low-risk, high-probability bets solely for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements may have their bonuses voided at rod4d's sole discretion.

Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — are offered at rod4d's discretion and are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

All Wagers placed on rod4d are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are published within each game or betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

General betting conditions include:

• A Wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by rod4d's system. Confirmation will be displayed on-screen and recorded in the Player's Account history.
• Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except where rod4d's specific cash-out feature is available and the Player elects to use it prior to event settlement.
• rod4d reserves the right to void any Wager placed at an incorrect or corrupted price where a manifest pricing error is identified, whether before or after settlement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per Wager and per event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. rod4d will not be liable for any Wager accepted in excess of the published limit; such excess will be reduced to the maximum limit at settlement.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, draw schedules, prize tiers, and result sources are as specified in the togel product rules. rod4d uses officially published draw results from recognised pools; in the event of a dispute, the published official result is final.
• For in-play and live betting markets, prices and market availability may change rapidly. rod4d's system records the odds and market status at the exact moment of bet acceptance; these are the odds that apply at settlement.

rod4d reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any market at any time where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or where reliable result verification is not possible.

Players may at any time request the following controls through their Account dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that may be deposited into the Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications alerting the Player to the total duration of their current gaming session.
• Temporary Time-Out: A voluntary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the Account is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform, preventing login and all marketing communications for a minimum of six months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rod4d. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems, including but not limited to game glitches, erroneous odds, or payment processing errors.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker variants, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner designed to defraud rod4d.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or using another person's Account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to layer or integrate illicit proceeds.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions processed by rod4d.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rod4d staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the rod4d Platform — including but not limited to the rod4d brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software code, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of rod4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from rod4d.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Using rod4d's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rod4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rod4d shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if rod4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from interrupted or unavailable Platform access due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, network outages, or events outside rod4d's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to properly secure their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently shown to be inaccurate, including but not limited to odds, game rules, or promotion details subject to amendment.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or network providers that result in delayed or failed transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rod4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

rod4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rod4d implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure, access-controlled data storage for data at rest. rod4d does not sell Player personal data to third-party marketers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rod4d is incorporated and licensed as an international online gaming operator. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through rod4d's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local laws in Indonesia and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. rod4d makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any specific jurisdiction.

rod4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility criteria, financial transaction rules, or liability provisions — rod4d will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via a Platform announcement or email to Players' registered addresses, unless immediate amendment is required by a regulatory obligation or security circumstance.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
